About the Opportunity: GFI is implementing a project supported by Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to transform Agri ecosystem in Uttar Pradesh which aims to strengthen governance compliance and leadership with clear business plans and risk management systems, by identifying Financing gaps for FPO’S to access funds as per their business requirement to introduce Innovative Technology and new business lines.
Reporting and relationships: The position reports to the Sr. Project manager of Grameen Foundation India
Availability: The Senior Executive/ AM – MIS will be expected to work a typical work week of 40 hours plus any additional hours to get the job done.
Job Summary: The position will work with the operations team in close association with finance and technology departments to support a network of agents working across different geographies and undertaking financial transactions. Facilitating their day to day operations, hand-holding them solving their grievances. The profile will help introduce new services in the field and support the end-to-end management of the same. MIS, insights, invoicing and report generation would be in integral part of work profile of the individual
Essential Job background
- Basic KYC knowledge and Agent/Merchant onboarding experience in Financial Inclusion and E commerce setup.
- Understand of financial accounting, Cash Management System
- Ability to communicate with different teams/field agent banks and service providers in remote/virtual mode
Essential Job Functions
- Handle agent payments and service requests
- Transaction monitoring, Settlement and reconciliation
- Tracking agent complaints and resolution
- Effectively manage cross department relationships
- Consumer Insights, market research & analysis
Skills / Competencies required:
- Graduate with 4-6 years’ experience in MIS
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good in Excel
This is an extremely hands-on role and the employee is expected to quickly understand the nature of demands, respond quickly and diligently with highest quality outputs.
